The Dragon Brawl video game serial are based on the manga and anime series of the same name created by Akira Toriyama. The series follows the adventures of Goku as he trains in martial arts and explores the world in search of the vii wish-granting orbs known every bit the Dragon Assurance. The games are of diverse genres, most prominently fighting games likewise as role-playing and platform games, featuring a varying roster of characters equally depicted in the original series, primarily the Dragon Ball Z anime. Past December 2014, over 40 million video games based on the franchise had been sold worldwide.[11] The Dragon Ball Xenoverse series sold a farther fourteenmillion units between 2015 and 2021,[12] [13] Dragon Brawl FighterZ sold over viiimillion [13] and Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot sold over 4.v million units,[14] bringing software sales to over 66.51000000 units sold. In addition, the mobile game Dragon Brawl Z: Dokkan Boxing has exceeded 300 1000000 downloads[15] and grossed over $3 billion.[16] The Dragon Ball video game series has generated over $half-dozen billion in full gross acquirement, as of 2019.
